Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all sensitive data, including children's information. Your data is backed up daily and stored securely.
If you cancel, you'll have access until the end of your current billing period. After that, there's a 3-day grace period before your community is suspended. Your data is preserved for 30 days after suspension.
